- Email address — when you submit the Chapter 1 free-preview form or purchase a product.
- Name and billing address — only as required by our payment processor at checkout (we do not store this; see Section 3).

- Browser and device data — including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps. Collected via web server logs and the Meta Pixel.
- Usage data — including pages viewed, clicks, time on page, and which of our A/B-tested landing-page variants you saw. Stored in your browser's
localStoragefor attribution purposes. - Conversion data — if you submit a form or complete a purchase, the Meta Pixel records a Lead or Purchase event for advertising attribution.
Information we do NOT collect
- Credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment-card data — this is handled entirely by our payment processor (LemonSqueezy). We never see your card number.
- Sensitive personal data such as health information, biometric data, or government identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the digital products you purchase (PDF, Notion templates, etc.).
- Send Chapter 1 of the playbook to email addresses submitted via the preview form.
- Send transactional emails (purchase receipts, download links, product updates).
- Send marketing emails — only to users who opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Improve the Services through A/B testing of landing pages, copy, and pricing.
- Comply with legal obligations (tax reporting, fraud prevention, lawful requests).
- Defend our legal rights and respond to any disputes.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party service providers, each of whom has access to certain data necessary to provide their service. We have no control over their privacy practices beyond what they describe in their own policies.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and browser localStorage to:
- Remember which A/B-tested landing-page variant you saw (first-touch and last-touch attribution).
- Allow the Meta Pixel to track conversions across sessions.
- Prevent duplicate form submissions.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using the Services, but may reduce the accuracy of our advertising attribution.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Some cover artwork, section illustrations, and ad creatives on this Site and in our products were generated using artificial intelligence tools. This is disclosed in our Site footer and on all paid advertising in accordance with Meta's 2026 advertising guidelines.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with our legal obligations:
- Email addresses — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Purchase records — retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes (required under Israeli tax law).
- Server logs — retained for up to 90 days, then automatically purged.
- Meta Pixel data — retained per Meta's default retention period (typically 24 months).
