Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds.
To avoid buying blind, Chapter 1 of the playbook is free. Read it before you decide whether the rest is for you. The full free chapter is available on our home page — enter your email and we'll send the PDF within 60 seconds.
Why no refunds?
The products sold on this Site are digital downloads. The moment a payment clears, you have access to the full PDF, Notion templates, and (for the Build-Along tier) the daily build plan and walkthroughs. Once a buyer has the file on their device, the file cannot be “returned.”
Issuing refunds on digital products that have already been downloaded is, in practice, giving the product away for free. We refuse this policy not because we don't trust you specifically, but because every digital product seller who allows post-download refunds finds that 5–15% of buyers exploit it. Our pricing and free-chapter risk-reversal are designed to make refunds unnecessary in the first place.
How to avoid a regret purchase
We strongly recommend reading Chapter 1 before buying. Chapter 1 is the load-bearing argument of the whole playbook. If Chapter 1 doesn't change how you see the next 12 months of AI tooling, the other 9 chapters won't either. That's why we made it free.
Enter your email on our home page and we'll send Chapter 1 within 60 seconds. No drip sequence, no upsell — just the PDF and silence for seven days. After you've read it, you'll know whether the rest of the playbook is for you.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund only in the following narrow cases:
- Duplicate purchase — if our payment processor processed your card twice for the same order due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
- Wrong product delivered — if you paid for the $67 Build-Along but received only the $27 Starter, we will either deliver the missing files or refund the difference, at your choice.
- Unauthorized charge — if you can demonstrate that someone else used your card without your permission, contact us and we will work with you and our payment processor on a resolution.
Outside of these specific cases, no refunds will be issued.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer instead of contacting us first, we will:
- Submit evidence to your card issuer that you received the product, including download timestamps and IP-address records.
- Permanently block your email address from any future purchase on the Site.
- Reserve the right to pursue the disputed amount through small-claims proceedings or our agreed-upon arbitration venue if the chargeback is successful and is deemed by us to be unfounded.
We resolve nearly all real issues directly via email within 24 hours. Please email us first at amir.rahav@gmail.com before disputing a charge. The chargeback process is slow, expensive for both of us, and is not the right tool for “I changed my mind” or “I didn't read the refund policy.”
Informal dispute resolution
If you have any concern about a purchase — the product was different than expected, you can't access the download, you suspect a technical issue — please email us first. We commit to a 30-day informal-negotiation window during which both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute by email or call before any formal action is initiated.

EU and UK consumer-rights notice
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and the equivalent UK regulations), digital content delivered by instant download is exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once the download has begun. By completing your purchase and accessing the download, you expressly waive your statutory right of withdrawal under those laws.
Your checkout flow explicitly confirms this waiver before payment is captured.
